How do I rent/try/buy?

You will need to supply the following to complete a rental application:

Personal identification Information, including:-

                        Your name, date of birth
                        Drivers licence, passport or other photo I.D.
                        Contact details

Address details including:-

Lease or mortgage documents showing address and phone number
Prior address details if current address under 24 months.

Income details including:-

                        Employers’ address and telephone number
                        Previous employer details if period of employment is less that 2 years.
                        Pension details
